Our Commitment: Noble Dragons stands behind the quality of our premium Chinese teas. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
1. 30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and sealed products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:
- Products must be in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging
- Products must be unused and in the same condition as when received
- You must have your order number and proof of purchase
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
2. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products
We take great care in packaging and shipping your order. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, or defective, we will make it right:
- Damaged Products: If your order arrives with visible damage caused during shipping, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damaged packaging and products
- Incorrect Orders: If you receive products that are materially different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photographs of the received items
- Manufacturing Defects: If a product has a clear manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours with a description and photographs of the defect
For damaged, incorrect, or defective items, we will offer a full replacement or refund at our discretion. We may cover return shipping costs in these cases.
3. How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate a return or report an issue, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return
- Include Photos: If applicable, attach clear photographs showing the issue (damaged packaging, incorrect items, defects)
- Await Authorization: Wait for our team to review your request and provide a Return Authorization. Do not ship items back without authorization.
- Ship the Return: Once authorized, ship the item(s) back using a trackable shipping method and provide us with the tracking number
- Receive Your Refund: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or unsealed tea products (due to food safety regulations)
- Products that have been consumed beyond initial inspection
- Items returned after the 30-day return window
- Issues resulting from an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Subjective dissatisfaction with tea flavor (taste preferences vary naturally)
- Products that were not stored according to our recommended storage guidelines
5. Refund Processing
Credit/Debit Card Payments
Card refunds are processed by Stripe, Inc. to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer. Charges originally appeared as “ALEX WU NOBLE DRAGONS” on your statement.
6. Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order:
- Before Shipping: Contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
- After Shipping: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return once you receive the package, following our 30-day return policy above.
7. International Orders
For international orders, please be aware:
- You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing
- If a package is seized or returned by customs, any refund issued will be less the original shipping charges
- We cannot provide false customs declarations or undervalue shipments
8. Dispute Resolution
You have the right to dispute any charge on your credit or debit card statement with your card issuer. We respect this right and will cooperate with any investigation.
