At Noble Dragons, we are committed to delivering your premium Chinese teas safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping practices, delivery timeframes, and important information for domestic and international orders.
Free Shipping: Enjoy FREE shipping on all orders of $300 or more! This applies to both domestic and international orders.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed the same day
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and another when it has shipped
Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons (holidays, special promotions) or due to unforeseen circumstances.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We partner with trusted shipping carriers to ensure your tea arrives in perfect condition:
- FedEx: Our primary carrier for both domestic and international shipments
- USPS (United States Postal Service): Available for domestic US shipments
The specific carrier used for your order will be determined based on your location, package weight, and shipping speed selected at checkout.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination address
- Package weight and dimensions
- Selected shipping method
Free Shipping Threshold:
- Orders totaling $300 or more qualify for FREE standard shipping worldwide
- Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order meets the minimum threshold
5. Countries We Ship To
Noble Dragons ships to most countries worldwide. However, due to import restrictions, customs regulations, and shipping limitations, we are unable to ship to the following countries:

- Russia
- North Korea
- Benin
- Cameroon
- Egypt
- Algeria
- Bangladesh
- Georgia
- Sri Lanka

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, please be aware of the following:
- Customs Duties & Import Taxes: International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by your country's customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs or product prices.
- Customs Declaration: All packages are shipped with accurate customs declarations showing the contents and value of the shipment.
- Customs Delays: International packages may experience delays due to customs inspection. These delays are beyond our control, and delivery estimates do not account for customs processing time.
- Refused Shipments: If you refuse to pay customs duties/taxes and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and any refund issued will be less the original shipping charges.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for information about potential duties and taxes before placing your order.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
- Your tracking number
- A link to track your package
- Estimated delivery date
You can track your order at any time using the tracking number provided. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
8. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
- Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@nobledragons.com. We can only modify the address if the order has not yet shipped.
- Undeliverable Packages: Packages returned to us as undeliverable will be refunded less original shipping costs. Re-shipping will require additional shipping charges.
9. Package Protection
We take great care in packaging your teas to ensure they arrive in excellent condition:
- All teas are carefully wrapped and cushioned
- Fragile items (teaware) are packed with extra protection
- Packages are sealed to protect against moisture and contamination
10. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged:
- Damaged Items: Please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue. See our Refund Policy for more details.
- Lost Packages: If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office. If the package cannot be located, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
11. Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may have shipping restrictions to specific locations due to local regulations. If any items in your order cannot be shipped to your address, we will contact you to discuss alternatives.
